This 1970s Stephen Marks  black cotton velvet jacket with scalloped edges is a real stunner. True 1970s vintage. Scalloped detail to lapels and pockets. Size 12. 19 inches armpit to armpit. 32 inch waist.

In the last photo you can see how fantastic it looks with a psychedelic home-made floor-length skirt I found lingering in a Montreal Village de Valeur thrift store. A pair of black evening gloves gives a sophisticated edge, and the Red or Dead boots are model's own (mine).
